Our Team

We are thrilled to have been gifted with this incredible team who are better described as our family. A common thread in our testimonies is there came a point in our lives when God called us deeper, snapped our eyes awake, and opened our hearts to His beautiful ministry of setting captives free.  It is an immense joy and privilege to gather with one another, pray, and equip others towards that end.

Colin2
Colin Burnley

Founder, Lead Teacher/Minister

Colin founded the ministry along with his wife, Kacey. In addition to leading in teaching and prayer ministry, he is the dreamer of the operation. He spent his first few years of life in Oklahoma, but got to Texas as fast as he could. He loves to talk with people about all things Jesus and is always learning something new. When Colin is not treating patients in his chiropractic clinic or in a prayer ministry appointment, you will most likely find him with a cup of coffee and one of five or six books he typically has open at one time.

"The LORD is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation; this is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him. The LORD is a man of war; the LORD is his name." Exodus 15:2-3

Kacey
Kacey Burnley

Founder, Lead Teacher/Minister

Kacey serves with Colin in teaching and prayer ministry and loves to come alongside his dreams with strategy and implementation. She was born and raised in Texas, and runs the front office of their chiropractic clinic. A rare free day would likely include a good thrift store treasure hunt, a sunny day meal on a patio, and reading a book with her dogs snoring nearby. She enjoys meeting new faces and hearing their stories, writing about things, and learning to tune into the Father's heart.

"But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them ever sing for joy, and spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may exult in you. For you bless the righteous, O LORD; you cover him with favor as with a shield." Psalm 5:11-12

Brandi
Brandi Koon

Ministry Director

Brandi has always lived in Texas. She and Mark love spending time together and with their two littles. She loves to meet new people and hear their stories and enjoys worship music, creativity, learning something new, cuddling animals, and spending time outdoors. She is a member of The Village Church and is overjoyed by seeing how the Lord takes what seems impossible and radically changes everything.

"Praise the LORD! For it is good to sing praises to our God; for it is pleasant, and a song of praise is fitting. The LORD builds up Jerusalem; he gathers the outcasts of Israel. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He determines the number of the stars; he gives to all of them their names. Great is our LORD, and abundant in power; his understanding is beyond measure." Psalm 147:1-5

Melody
Melody Goldmeyer

Prayer Minister

Melody enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and their three active children. She loves to worship the Lord through worship music, prayer walks, reading, and learning more about Him in His Word. Her favorite day would include a good book and cup of coffee, sitting in the presence of Jesus, sharing a meal with friends, spending time with her kids, or on a date with David. She loves praying with others and seeing the power of Jesus to bring healing to His children by illuminating through hearts with His Light, Truth, and Love.

"But for me it is good to be near God; I have made the Lord God my refuge, that I may tell of all your works." Psalm 73:28

Marcy
Marcy Infante

Prayer Minister

Marcy is a native Texan and waterbaby. She’s also a local educator and infant aquatics instructor who is fascinated with all things related to early childhood development. When she’s not teaching or swimming, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, sharing a meal while talking life and Jesus. She’s a member of The Village Church and absolutely loves witnessing how Jesus loves on His bride.

“‘In that day,’ declares the LORD, ‘you will call me ‘my husband’; you will no longer call me ‘my master.’ I will betroth you to me forever; I will betroth you in righteousness and justice, in love and compassion. I will betroth you in faithfulness, and you will acknowledge the LORD.” Hosea 2:16,19-20

Mark
Mark Koon

Prayer Minister

Mark was born in Ohio, but moved to Texas very quickly. He loves spending time with his wife, Brandi, and their two children, playing board games, reading a book, or watching the latest movie. He enjoys spending time in the woods, completing his latest carpentry project, and playing guitar. His favorite part of prayer ministry is seeing how the Lord works in unique ways to show His love, heal, and set captives free!

"I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world." John 16:33

Tracy
Tracy Ruiz

Prayer Minister

Tracy is a home-grown Californian who loves tropical climates, singing praise songs in Hebrew at the top of her lungs, and being a gym rat. She is also a firefighter’s wife and boy mom. Her heart has been set on fire for Jesus, and she loves going on sweet adventures with Him. The best part of praying with others is seeing the beautiful, creative ways in which the Lord shares His deep, deep love with His children to heal their wounds and set them free.

“Praise the Lord, who is my rock. He trains my hands for war and gives my fingers skill for battle. He is my loving ally and my fortress, my tower of safety, my rescuer. He is my shield, and I take refuge in Him.” Psalm 144:1-2

Sandi
Sandi Stevenson

Prayer Minister

Sandi is a native Texan. She loves spending time with her husband, Gary, and whenever possible her two adult children and son-in-law. She enjoys hiking in the mountains, reading, sitting in her prayer garden, and restoring old things. She loves getting to know people, praying with people, and testifying and witnessing Truth – of how Jesus makes all things new, even what seems like the impossible.

"He also told them this parable, 'No one tears a piece from a new cloak to put it on an old cloak; if he does, not only will he have torn the new one, but the piece taken from the new will not match the old. And nobody puts new wine into old skins; if he does, the new wine will burst the skins and then run out, and the skins will be lost. No; new wine must be put into fresh skins.'" Luke 5:36-38

Amy
Amy Velasquez

Prayer Minister

Amy is a born and raised Texan. She enjoys being a mom to Maya and having church in her salon chair. She is a member of The Village Church and also serves in their Recovery ministry. Her favorite part of prayer ministry is getting to meet with Jesus and partner with Him through His profound healing and freedom. It is an honor to be a witness to His radical love and kindness in the life of His people.

“‘Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.’ And he went away and began to proclaim in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him, and everyone marveled.” Mark 5:19-20
