Immersed is originally an 8-month discipleship course in prayer ministry hosted at the Six One ministry center in Highland Village, Texas. It launched in 2020 during the middle of the pandemic and has quickly become a highly sought-after training for those hungry for a revitalization and awakening, desiring to learn the supernatural ways of God, and seeking growth in the ministry of prayer.

More than teaching the nuts and bolts of prayer ministry, Immersed is about developing prayer ministers. Think of it as an apprenticeship. Immersed is a deep dive into your identity and calling, your spiritual gifts, your authority in Christ, spiritual warfare, inner healing and deliverance prayer, healing and prophetic prayer, and how all of this combines in prayer ministry. Whether you are new to all of this or seasoned in prayer, Immersed will take you on a life-changing journey with the Lord.

This manual was developed for those not local to Six One who are desiring to complete the course, as well as those in church and ministry settings seeking to grow and develop ministry teams and disciple prayer ministers. There are 8 main topics, and within each topic there are 4 lessons. At the end of each topic, there is a Going Deeper section with questions and exercises. While it can be read individually, it is written with small groups in mind.
